cubits zijn samen de lengte van de hoogte van de man en 4 cubits is 1 pas, 24 (2 X 12) palmen is (de lengte van) een man, waaruit volgt, dat zijn lengte 96 vingerdiktes is.
Als je je benen zover spreidt, dat je lengte 1/14-de minder wordt en je je armen zover opheft, dat je middelvingers het niveau van je kruin bereiken, moet je weten, dat het centrum van de uitgespreide benen in de navel valt en dat de ruimte ("spatio")
(Regel 6) tussen de benen een gelijkbenige 3-hoek vormt.("triangolo equalasito")

Van de bovenkant van de borstkas tot de haargrens is een 7-de van de hele man.

Van de tepels tot de kruin is een kwart (4-de gedeelte) van de man.
Van de elleboog tot de top van de hand is het 5-de gedeelte van een man;
En van de elleboog tot de hoek van de oksel is een 8-ste gedeelte van de man.
De (lengte van de) gehele hand hand is een 10-de gedeelte van de man;
Het begin van de genitaliën geeft de (1/2) helft van de man weer.

(Regel 15) De voet_(lengtemaat) is het 6-de gedeelte van de man. ("Pie sia la sictima parti de l'homo.") (24 palmen = 6 voet)
Van de voetzool tot net onder de knie is een kwart (1/4 gedeelte) van de man.
(Regel 17) Van de kin tot de neus en van de haargrens tot de wenkbrauwen is, in ieder geval hetzelfde, en net als het oor, 1/3 van het gezicht.
